Wave Wellness
A consumer wellness app built by Wave Agency, which designed and built it entirely: both apps, the API and the admin. Wave Agency is a partner in the app, and the same engine can run under your name as well. Patent pending. It launches in October 2026, on both stores at once.
The App
One question, every morning.
Wave Wellness reads what a person already records, from a phone, a watch, a ring or a band, and answers one thing: what kind of day is today, and what is the one thing worth doing about it. The same Today screen runs in the iPhone and Android apps and on the web.
- The Daily ScoreSleep, movement, food, recovery and mood in one number, with the plain-language reason behind it, above four areas a person pins to Today: Sleep, Eat, Move and Relax.
- Wave Reset, NewSound and slow breathing to bring a busy body down, with a thirty-second scan before and after that shows what actually changed in heart rate, heart-rate variability and breathing. Sleep sounds fade to silence on their own at lights out.
- WellnessScan and SmileScanHeart rate, breathing rate, heart-rate variability and alertness off the front camera in forty seconds; teeth and gums from two photos a week, against the person's own baseline. Body scans are coming soon.
- Bloodwork, Finally ReadPhotograph a lab report, even a scanned fax, and every value is read, set against both the normal and the optimal range, and charted over time beside sleep, training and food.
- Wave AgeA single biological age from bloodwork and lifestyle, built on the published PhenoAge model, with every year attributed to the signal that produced it.
- A Journal, a Library and a CircleA private journal with a daily prompt, short lessons with an honest evidence rating on what is trending, and a private circle of friends who see a person's streaks and milestones, never their numbers.
- Wearables, OptionalApple Health and a direct WHOOP connection are live, and Oura and Garmin already work on iPhone through Apple Health, with direct connections, Health Connect and Fitbit coming. It still works for the person who wears nothing at all.
Wave Wellness is a general wellness product. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing in it replaces a clinician. The figures it reports, including those from WellnessScan and SmileScan, are estimates rather than clinical measurements.
