Hospitality & Travel
Built to grow your hospitality brand.
Marketing, media, and technology in one in-house team for hotels, venues, travel, and entertainment brands. We drive direct bookings, build a brand guests choose, and put the booking, CRM, and reporting behind it. Since 2001, with offices in Melville, NY and Boca Raton, FL.
Two Sides of Growth
More direct bookings, more guests who return.
Hospitality runs on both: new guests booking direct, and the loyal ones who come back. We build for both.
Win the booking before the OTA does.
Show up in search and social, and drive direct bookings that skip the commission.

The Unfair Advantage
Most agencies rent the audience. We publish ours.
Any agency can buy you ads. When the budget stops, so does the reach. We publish two titles of our own, end to end, so hospitality and travel brands can earn real editorial coverage on Long Island instead of renting attention by the impression.

Long Island Wave
Our regional lifestyle and news title, covering the businesses, restaurants, openings, and people shaping Long Island, from Montauk to Manhasset.
- 20,000+ monthly viewers
- Apple News
- Email newsletter

Creations Magazine
A holistic living title in its fourth decade, reaching wellness-minded readers in print through nearly 900 locations and online between issues.
- 80,000+ monthly readers
- 60,000+ print circulation
- 40 years

An intelligent ad network runs both titles.
We did not bolt an ad exchange onto our publications. We built the ad server. Advertisers, creative, placements, and reporting all live in our own system on Cloudflare's edge, which means no Google ad tag, no auction taking a cut, and no third party sitting between a brand and the readers we spent years earning.
Every slot filled on the fly
Placements are not hardcoded. As a page is served, the network reads the slot, pulls the advertisers eligible for it, and rotates between them, so a position is shared fairly instead of belonging to whoever booked first.
The right shape, every time
Each placement declares the format it accepts, and the network matches creative to it. A wide banner is never squeezed into a square, and an Enhanced buy runs its banner and its box as two pieces of real inventory.
Numbers that actually happened
Impressions and clicks are recorded by our own server as they occur, not by a tracking pixel an ad blocker can drop. Reporting reflects what ran, broken out by placement.
First-party by design
There is no third-party ad tag anywhere on the site. Pages stay fast, the sites ship a strict content security policy, and reader data never leaves the publication.
Two packages. Standard places your creative in the square units across the site. Enhanced adds a wide banner and runs both, so your brand competes for every slot on the page. Each title keeps its own advertisers, its own creative, and its own numbers. Nothing is pooled, and nothing is resold through a network we do not control.
How It Connects
One system, from first search to next stay.
Your brand sets the standard and the plan. We carry it through marketing, media, technology, and the guest experience, all the way to every guest.
The same brand, the same standard, and the same tools, from first impression to every guest.
Local Market Intelligence
Built around the guests you want to reach.
Hospitality is about a place, and the guests who choose it. Your guests come from specific markets and channels, and what wins in one is not always what wins in the next. We learn your audience first.
We work across the markets, channels, and partners where your guests already are, regionally and nationally.
Audience Mapping
We define who your ideal guest actually is in your market, not a national average.
Community and Local Partners
We work with local organizations, partners, and voices on the ground to reach people where they already are.
Local Media and Activations
Regional press, events, sponsorships, and our own Long Island Wave audience put your brand in front of the right market.
Message Tuned to the Region
Creative, offers, and channels are adjusted so each market hears something built for it.
