Wave Community · The Membership Platform
Your members, your directory, your apps.
The directory every member is listed in, the portal where they edit it themselves, events with registration and paid tickets, a member feed, newsletters, and native apps. One record behind all of it, so a member updates their hours once and it changes everywhere.
Why It Exists
A chamber is more software than anyone expects.
Most membership organizations are running four vendors and a website nobody has touched in four years. This is what it replaced at the Melville Chamber.
The cost of four systems is not four bills. It is that a member exists four times, in four states of correctness, and the person who has to reconcile them is usually the one person on staff.
What It Does
The modules, all of them running today.
Every line below is live at the Melville Chamber right now. Nothing here is a roadmap.
Events, In Full
From the first ticket to the door.
Member evenings, galas, expos and trade shows run on the same member record. Every line below is live at the Melville Chamber today.
Landing in October 2026: badges printed at the desk for walk-ups and name changes, and exhibitor lead capture at the booth. Neither runs yet, and we would rather you knew that before a demo.
The Proof
The Melville Chamber of Commerce runs on it.
Long Island's chamber in Melville, serving members since 2001. Their organization, their board, their voice. Everything underneath it is ours.

For The Member
The part that decides whether they renew.
A membership is judged on what a member can actually see and do. These are the four things they notice.
A page of their own
Every member gets a real page with their hours, photos, contacts, and a pin on the map, found by category, by town, or by what somebody needs.
They edit it themselves
Sign in and change it. Nobody emails the office to correct a phone number, and nothing sits wrong for a year because the request was missed.
They can be heard
Members post their own news to the feed and it reaches the other members rather than an algorithm deciding who sees it.
It is in their pocket
Native apps on both stores, sharing one account with the site, so the directory is there at the event rather than at a desk.
For The Office
Built for an organization with one person on staff.
An admin that makes sense
Members, events, news, and the mailing list in one place, with roles so a volunteer can be given exactly what they need and nothing else.
Money in, accounted for
Event registration with seat caps and waitlists, paid tickets for non-members, and dues handled without a second system to reconcile.
Revenue of your own
Wave Ads ships with the platform, so sponsor placements across the site and the apps are inventory you sell and count yourself.
Nobody chasing data
One record per member, read by the site, the portal, the newsletter, and both apps. Nothing syncs overnight because nothing needs to.
The Platforms
Four platforms, four live businesses.
Wave Community runs the Melville Chamber. Wave Publisher runs our three titles. Wave Workforce runs this agency. Wave Wellness runs a consumer health app we are a partner in, on both stores in October. Each one is licensable on its own.
Wave Publisher
What Long Island Wave, Gold Coast Wave and Creations run onNewsroom, events, directory, newsletters, community, and your own ad inventory, in one system rather than a website plus six subscriptions. We wrote it to run our own titles and it turned out other publications need the same thing.

What Wave Agency runs onAgents trained on how your business actually runs, across marketing, operations, and the repeatable work nobody wants. Watch, decide, act, report, around the clock and inside the guardrails you set. An autonomous workforce, or an optimizer for the one you have.

A consumer health app we built and partner inOn both stores: October 2026It reads what a phone, a watch, a ring or a band already records and answers one question each morning: what kind of day is today, and the one thing worth doing about it. A daily score, a forty-second WellnessScan, a weekly SmileScan and Wave Age, on iPhone and Android. We built it for Wave Wellness, a consumer health app we are a partner in, and it runs white-label too, under a practice or a brand’s own name.

We run our own businesses on it first.
Four platforms we wrote, and the live businesses behind them. Three titles we publish on Wave Publisher, a chamber of commerce we run with its board on Wave Community, and Wave Wellness, a consumer health app we built and are a partner in, on both stores in October. Wave Ads is the ad server inside the titles and the chamber.
