The Market

A market that runs on the season.

The Hamptons is its own economy. Demand surges from Memorial Day through Labor Day, the audience is affluent and design-literate, and presentation is everything. Marketing that works here has to feel as elevated as the market it speaks to, and it has to be timed to a season that does not wait.

That timing is the discipline most East End businesses get wrong. The work that captures a July weekend has to be finished in March. Sites, brand assets, photography and campaign structure get built in the quiet months so the summer budget goes to reach rather than production.

We help East End businesses build brands and campaigns that match the market, capture the summer surge, and stay present with the year-round community that keeps the doors open in February.

The Unfair Advantage

Most agencies rent reach in the Hamptons. We own ours.

Any agency can buy you ads here. When the budget stops, so does the reach. We publish two Long Island titles ourselves, end to end, which means the Hamptons clients can earn coverage a competitor cannot outbid.

Built In-House

An intelligent ad network runs both titles.

We did not bolt an ad exchange onto our publications. We built the ad server. Advertisers, creative, placements, and reporting all live in our own system on Cloudflare's edge, which means no Google ad tag, no auction taking a cut, and no third party sitting between a brand and the readers we spent years earning.

01 / Decisions at Request Time

Every slot filled on the fly

Placements are not hardcoded. As a page is served, the network reads the slot, pulls the advertisers eligible for it, and rotates between them, so a position is shared fairly instead of belonging to whoever booked first.

02 / Format-Aware Creative

The right shape, every time

Each placement declares the format it accepts, and the network matches creative to it. A wide banner is never squeezed into a square, and an Enhanced buy runs its banner and its box as two pieces of real inventory.

03 / Counted at the Source

Numbers that actually happened

Impressions and clicks are recorded by our own server as they occur, not by a tracking pixel an ad blocker can drop. Reporting reflects what ran, broken out by placement.

04 / Nothing Follows the Reader

First-party by design

There is no third-party ad tag anywhere on the site. Pages stay fast, the sites ship a strict content security policy, and reader data never leaves the publication.

Two packages. Standard places your creative in the square units across the site. Enhanced adds a wide banner and runs both, so your brand competes for every slot on the page. Each title keeps its own advertisers, its own creative, and its own numbers. Nothing is pooled, and nothing is resold through a network we do not control.

On the Map

The Hamptons on the map, and the towns we cover in it.

Every Long Island town we publish a guide for is pinned below. The rings are 15 and 30 miles from our Melville office.

Every pin is a real page, written for that market.

How We Work

A clear path from goal to growth.

Four steps, start to finish, with no guesswork in between.

STEP 01

Listen

We start with the business, the goal and the obstacle in the way, not with a package.

STEP 02

Strategize

A prioritized plan tied to outcomes you can measure, scoped and priced with no surprise line items.

STEP 03

Build

Our in-house team produces the brand, content, campaigns, media and software.

STEP 04

Measure

We report against the KPIs we set, then refine. The work compounds instead of resetting.

04

Independent since 2001

Two decades of Long Island brands, through every platform shift from the first Google update to AI search.

Common Questions

The Hamptons, answered.

When should we start work for the summer season?

Winter. The site, brand assets and campaign structure should be finished before spring so the summer budget buys reach instead of paying for production during your busiest weeks.

Do you work with year-round East End businesses too?

Yes. The businesses that survive out east are the ones that stay present with the year-round community, not only the summer crowd. That off-season presence is part of every plan we build.

Can you match the design standard this market expects?

That is the baseline here. Creative is in-house, and for a market this design-literate the work has to look like it belongs. We would rather show you than describe it.

How far east do you actually cover?

The full South Fork through Montauk, plus the North Fork and Shelter Island. We also cover the rest of Suffolk County on the way out.
